With my apologies to all who contributed to the original "Intros" thread (which was polluted by political spewage), we're offering this thread as an opportunity for introductions.

For those new to the forums, we have a political forum to play in. Politics will not be tolerated elsewhere, especially in the amateur radio and technical discussion forums.

Again, my apologies for those who cannot control themselves.

Well, I DID get off my lawn, I had to because I don't have WiFi and I'm too lazy for dragging my desktop computer out there on the end of a really long wire. I'm Bill, though I answer to most any four-letter word. I rode a dinosaur to the FCC office to take my exams. I speak fairly fluent Morse Code but mostly ones and zeros. I worked on dinosaurs for IBM for several decades.

So which ass's phalt is that? Is he staying at the Alpha Hotel or do I have to go looking for him? Down this way we have Broadway that's really broad and not just a name paved with glassphalt that sparkles all kind of pretty and stuff.
