The Angels Pujols hit a game winning-home-run against Boston in the 19th inning. The Bosox then challenge it and the umps got it right giving the Angels the home run. Of course Boston had to know that it already was a Home Run since their outfielders jumped over the fence for it and then walked off the field knowing the game was over.
So... why challenge it?
1) They had nothing to lose.
2) It takes away from the moment. Nothing like a walk-off HR in front of the home crowd and this took away from the moment for those Angels fans.
If Video challenges get thrown out, thank the Red Sux.
