I thought it was ninjas.
1969 was a very interesting year.
First moon landing, Woodstock (the real one) was held in Bethel, NY - 60 miles from Woodstock, NY and The Miracle Mets, 17,000,000 to 1 odds (Lloyds of London odds) won the World Series in 5. The culmination of a decade of change which ended and I can't get into why due to political reasons.

Yes, I remember being at Woodstock with some of the great names of that era. When I came back from Woodstock the NSA had a full intercept on my phone.

They say there were around a half-million people at Woodstock but I know that number has to be way off because I've met at least that many people myself who have claimed to have attended that concert.
I only know one person who can prove it and that's my ex-wife. Her photo was in the Life Magazine Woodstock issue.

I can say for certain that I didn't go. Probably the only guy in my neighborhood that didn't and it was very quiet for a week while they tried to get the Interstate (87) and the Quickway (Rt. 17) untangled. Some didn't come back for 3 weeks. But IZE came back by way of Uranus (he's a legend ya know).

Not only did I attend Woodstock but I performed there, My manager insisted I perform and midst columns of smoke fire, and Satan's laughter I performed and captured the souls of all who were there. The crowd went wild and aghast but I erased their memory but burned it into their souls. Then we made our new home on Mars because my boss felt that Uranus was a shitty place. :snicker:
