There is that pesky matter of amount of exposure. A little radiation from an x-ray is no big deal, but standing in front of an open nuclear reactor is another story. Your contributions are more like Chernobyl.

Hell, if that was even remotely true, I would have made my wife immortal by now!

Do they have to be stinky? My farts have little to no smell and often people ask if someone is baking fresh bread nearby.

You misunderstood. They asked if something was dead and rotting nearby.

Well, if the "Aitch tu Ess" is the important ingredient than yeah, they have to stink. H2S is one of the worst odorous gases. Just a minuscule percentage of it in air will be extremely noticeable, enough to make people run. A strong concentration in air will kill you. It's pretty toxic stuff.

Just remember the most important thing: He who smelt it, dealt it.

Primitive sulfa drugs...

Believe it or not they still prescribe sulfa drugs. I was prescribed Bactrin (Septra) for a kidney infection several years ago which contains a sulfa drug.. During the first night of therapy I started feeling extremely tired and fell into a sleep in which I had one of the weirdest and most bizarre and vivid dreams of my life. I woke with a very disturbed feeling but after staying awake for a few minutes I felt normal again. I continued the therapy nonetheless and on subsequent nights I no longer had the bizarre dreams. Guess it was just an initial reaction to the drug. It was very effective in clearing out the infection, within a day or so all symptoms dissipated but I continued the therapy for several weeks with no more strange effects.

Doctors still prescribe a combination of a sulfa drug and another antibiotic for women with urinary tract infections.

Yeah, that's what Bactrim is. It's commonly used for UI tract infections in both men and women. In my case I had a UI tract infection. Made me feel like I had to take a leak constantly. Then it started traveling to the kidneys. The Bactrim knocked it down in a day or two.

When you take a leak, where do you put it and what do you do with it? Inquiring plumbers want to know.

Plumbers already know how. Figure it this way. You have a leak. You call in a plumber and when he leaves the leak is gone. So obviously he took the leak. Where they keep them or what they do with them is a trade secret.

Ughhh... Did you really have to post that ? Now let me find the nearest toilet bowl, so I can as quietly as possible upchuck my dinner. :yuck:

I guess it could be although I wasn't thinking of it that way.
