Thank you all for the birthday wishes...... seeing how you all seem to like poutine, maple syrup and back bacon makes me think you're all closet Canadian wannabe's c'mon....... admit it! :-D

......and yes Janet.... I don't drink much at all. My doctor has told me I have the liver like that of a severe alcoholic thanks to some genetic disorder I was lucky to pick up from somewhere down the family tree that has given me fatty liver disease that mimics the alcohol induced variety, that was in remission for a few years, but now shows sinister signs that it is about to change.I see the doctor later this week to get those test results...... we'll see what happens.....

Happy birthday. If you can't have a Molson maybe you can have some of these?

https://forums.hamisland.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=12579&stc=1

I love maple leaf cookies! My favorite breakfast is oatmeal with a drizzle of maple syrup. I come from a long line of big dumb Scots which is almost like being Canadian, Eh? My wife has lots of family in Toronto. We have had the conversation aboot heading north if the Tea Baggers get control of congress and/or the executive. To hear the Tea Baggers talk you would think the having liberal tendencies could be grounds for asylum in Canada.

I could live with a VE call sign
