Imagine to be able to sleep when you want, get fed when you cry out for it, get taken care for, doctor visits when needed and not pay healthinsurance not boarding and food, and get petted whenever you feel like it, must be a tough life, as my 2 cats agree....;)

Oh, yeah Carl.

I just got home from Costco and the BOO ('Bhutan', the big Siamese looking ragdoll) was in the neighbor's yard tossing a small furry thing in the air. The smell of Death is in the air. Boo now stays out most of the time mostly to avoid FA the pest.

FA (the Siamese) will only go outside at night or early in the morning. Too scary. He's a big chicken. He'll get over it.

Tarja (the Maine Coon) is starting to go outside since the weather is above 65. Pretty soon, she'll be out most of the time too.

The last cat I invited to live with me soon took over the house. I was merely wait staff for her highness. One morning while getting dressed for work, she belittled my human habit of being controlled by a clock. I met her when she was 13. She lived to to see 20 human years. The cat from Hell told me when it was time to make the final trip to the vet's office. Ashley was her name. Damn I miss her.

I picked up on Tricky Dick's middle name :shifty: When my situation allows, I will probably check out the local incarcerated felines and maybe one of them will pick me to live with. The last time I slept with a cat was at YX/DSG's home. They graciously offered me the sofa to 'sleep it off', after a night playing radios and getting hammered. I was awakened by a very large kitty sitting on my chest, purring heavily, and giving me a double pawed massage. He fell asleep purring, and I joined in. For some strange reason, I seem to be a very strong pussy magnet. Go figure. :chin:
