Artificial Light On Mars?

I am aware of many anomalies that have been spotted by the satellites, and the rover craft images. This image is just different. It appears to be a real source of artificially produced light. Speaking of Martin, you've heard of Google Doodles but how many of you have heard of chip art? Bored microchip designers sometimes put artwork on the templates that produce optically reduced images to photographically etch chips (photoengraving) the same way as printed circuit boards are etched. Oh yes they do, after listening to radio transmissions from Earth they decided they're not going to put up with the RFI they generate.
