Ralph Waite (Father on, "The Waltons"; grandfather of Agent Booth on "Bones") reportedly died yesterday.

He also played Leroy Jethro Gibbs father on NCIS. Great character actor.

Aww, now that is really sad. My Father loved to watch "The Walton's". I always imagined seeing John Walton on his walk up RT 29 from Schuyler to Charlottesville.
