I've seen them advertised on sportsman type sites, as well as Newegg, Amazon, and others. It probably won't be long before the fit hits the shan and they are put on the black list.

As other have said. they are for sale everywhere under the sun, listed as ham radios, commercial radios, frs radios, cb radios, toy radios. people selling them will do anything to make a buck. I heard a crap ton of kiddies today. lucky *MOST* were on FRS but cant mistake the china radio do-do roger beep. some of the kids were bootlegging on the ham bands.. had one nice young boy.. (maybe girl hard to tell with the kiddy voice) tell me "fuck you" on 146.55 xmas evening.

I think for the most part the peeps selling this radios on amazon are preloading them with MURS and FRS freqs. (my scanner was locked up on MURS and FRS freqs till about 9pm before it started to settle down) but it don't take the kiddies long to figure out there is much interesting other places to go.

Ebay and that old familiar parental X-mas Gift search term (Walkie Talkie) I remember my brother and I got a set but they were of course Citizen Band, low powered and from Sears. When I was a kid, everything came from Sears.
