I first caught Larry's afternoon program on "Channel 89"
while driving home from my work on the repair/recondx bench
at AES in Milwaukee.

His style was sort of a parody of the typical jock of the late '60's/early 70's.
The reading of the "Crank Letter of the Day" was always entertaining.
He would air listeners' phone calls, picking up with, "Is this a functioning unit?"
