Well, since I have grown accustom to seafood I am making arroz a banda for lunch.
Fish/seafood broth
shrimp
cuddle fish (w/ink)
saffron
grouper
paprika
garlic
sun dried pimento
olive oil
rice
Served with either fresh lemon or a bit of alioli (garlic and olive oil, its like a mayo).
This is my first attempt at this dish, I will post pictures after lunch.

If you look you can see the cuddle fish tentacles. Very similar to squid.

I did. I really don't want to embarrass our Island vampire but I was thinking about that cuddle fish as a new Pokemon character. That one looks like Jigglypuff with tentacles.
