Russian kids are crazy. I think a lot of them have a death wish. Check out this video of a bunch of Russian kids playing on a 1000 foot tower. In particular the crazy dame who decides she should sit on the very edge and the guy who takes it a huge step further and decides to stand out there.

I'm not bad with heights but at the same time I am not about to take risks like standing on the edge of a narrow beam 1000 feet up with no safety gear for no reason.

Bout time. Their space program was crap from the beginning. Men shoved into a rocket and forced to be blasted into space with almost no training. It was a miracle they got any of them back alive. That was the Soviet way. Contrary to our space program which was voluntary and involved strict training and preparedness.

Notice the buildings in the background of the video. You see that depressing construction all over Russia. Russia once had some beautiful architechture but under the Soviets people were housed in dismal, ugly, conditions.

Of course Russia had beautiful architecture... built by and for the Orthodox church and the Tsars, kings, as both could afford it. The common man lived in hovels and so it continued under Communism because of Marxist philosophy, each according to his need. Of course the officials needed to live like tsars and still the common man only needed hovels and poverty, the Bolshevik Revolution changed nothing. Both had to fail, people can only live like that for so long and there's a revolution, they forgot the one in France and suffered the same fate. Then there is America, the Koch brothers, Republicans, et al..............
