Thank you all! Had a good one, caught up on some much needed sleep!

College is going swell, it is a lot of work, but all very enjoyable. I decided to study civil engineering, and that alone takes up a lot of time. Granted I may be putting in more work than is necessarily required for freshman year, but it looks like it may pay off with a 4.0 (*knocks on wood*) at the end of the semester. I also joined Air Force ROTC here at KU, and that has been a whole other experience of its own. There are lots of interesting and driven cadets from all different backgrounds, all of whom are great people to be around. There hasn't been a day where I haven't learned something new (even if it's just learning what I don't know ;)).
