Regular users here buy 5 grams for the week, costing 25 - 30 euro depending on sort and THC in it, Dutch softdrugs hold a lot of THC due to decade long cultivation of plants just for that purpose.
Forigners that smoke our dope here mostly get "slammed" due to the strength.
Working people mostly just use in the weekend

When I hit it daily, I would run thru 8-16 grams a week... or so. An OZ a month.

Me too, but then it was $20 a lid for you left coasters, an O Z for the righties. Never measured it gram by gram but they were 30gm oh zees. Heh, the best deodorizer was ironically Ozium. (;->) Here's an interesting tidbit, the active ingredient in the original formula was/is ethylene glycol, aka aircraft de-icer fluid, antifreeze, so it leaves no odor of its own.

Kerosene Hat was the best moonshine you could get. Lit you up like a kerosene lamp.
