I always liked Wayne's feisty attitude. He supposedly had a vinyl record collection bigger than a typical record store. Back in the 90's Wayne checked in to our local 145.110 repeater's armchair discussion net during hamvention. He had never heard folks on a repeater conduct a net like this, and was impressed. It was interesting to hear Uncle Wayne's take on the current events topics of the evening. I preferred 73 magazine over QST.

RIP Wayne Green. Never Say Die.
