Has anyone here ever been a member of a street gang or any kind of gang ? Anyone ever been with any famous gangs. I was an entry (freshman) member of a gang called "The Jerks" back in the 70's. The Jerks were a pretty rough group. Full fledged senior members of The Jerks were pretty rough charachters and not to be messed with. Even sophomore and junior members of the Jerks were terrified of the senior members.

In college I was a member of an academic math gang called simply "e". I was also a member of a poetry gang that had no name.

There was also a party gang on campus called simply "This Gang". I was never in with them.

Not far from where I live there was once an extremely rough Yonkers gang called "The Tanglewood Boys" or "The Tanglewood Gang". They were basically a proving ground for the Mafia. You can look them up on Google and on Wikipedia. A member of the Tanglewood boys actually killed someone and was arrested. They were heavily involved in extortion, arson, armed robbery, assault, and murder. That is one gang I was never a member of nor would I have wanted to be a member of.

Anyone else have/has any gang affiliations at any time ?

The first rule of Art Club gangland behavior, never DRAW attention to yourself. It's a very POOR TRAIT.

When you first join, you need to easel your way in. Brush off any negative images and canvas your new friends for advice.

He said chalk, but oil use whatever I want. He once threw me on the potters wheel and tried to give me the slip. My eyes were glazed and all I could think of was kiln his ambitions.

Being serious for one minute, Adam (N7YA) and his wife have artwork going on the auction block this weekend. I own three of their works and hope to own five this weekend. They are ultra-collectable, I have never seen work like this. If you like abstract art, now is the time to jump on the wagon.

Now back to your scheduled pun workout.

I'm really not sure. Pen? Good question, I have never asked. Their work is so intricate and beautiful, it didn't really matter to me. But the drawings are out of this world. PERIOD. We saw pictures of what's on auction this weekend and the first thing out of the wife's mouth was "We're bidding on these".

Do you have a link? Where can I see their work?

This is a link to their website. It doesn't show any of the drawings anymore. Bummer. But the photographs show the quality.
