If she wanted it put down, he should have a form signed by her to off the animal. If he has that, the woman ain't got a chance.

She has a thousand dollars to offer for his return but couldn't spend that to take care of him? Fuck her.

Please keep your political bullshit and other paranoid crap in the political area. But to answer your question, WHO THE FUCK CARES?????

I guess some people just don't get it. I suppose if her kid had a rash, she'd take him to Jack Kevorkian.

And just what does your comment have to do with this topic which is posted in General Chat. We have a political area and if you so choose, you can start the same topic there with your politically poised pursuit of pondery.

Like a commenter said; once you give it away it's no longer yours. We used to call them Indian givers but the PC crowd did away with it.

And let's ALL leave the politics out of this thread.
The woman was a shit. Realized she missed her dog even though she is still a shit. The dog wins by going to a loving home where people will attend to the dog's health needs that the woman thought was too much bother.

That lady is a fucking cunt. I can not abide people who get animals and give them away at the first sign of trouble. I'd hazard she give her kids away if they got leukemia or something...

Staying on topic...

You don't just "give" the animal to the vet or the vet hospital (or anyone else for that matter). You have to sign a release form of some sort. [I am not talking about someone who is giving away puppies or kittens to a good home, or anything like that... but vet clinics, hospitals, animal rescue organizations, and so forth].

If the organization doesn't have a release of this sort, then they are subject to the very lawsuits that this bimbo is threatening.

So if she signed a release, as I suspect she did... she has no legal leg to stand on.

It's hard to stand on legal legs.

It's hard to know how a court would rule, but it looks like she admitted to giving the dog away, but her defense may be that she was not properly given the options for the disposition of the dog.

I'm willing to bet the vet never told her killing the dog was an option.

Killing a dog is never an option. You may put it to sleep but you may not kill it. Then what do you do when it wakes up?
