Zappa was phenomenally talented. Non musicians would never appreciate his genius.

Back in the mid 80's my buddy( We'll call him "O") was dating this girl who was wicked smart but batshit crazy. She kinda had a "Courtney Look" going on. So she was like 18 and too young to come in the bar so she used to sit in her car out in the parking lot and wait for him. I'll call her "C"

One night he ran out of money and asked me for a couple of bucks and and I'm like "No you'll never pay me back". So I tell him I'll give him $2 for "C". He says "Ok, but you got to give me the 2 bucks first" So I give him the $2 and I go out to the car, get in, and wake her up. I'm like "Yo C. common lets go I just bought you off of "O" for $2".

Well C flips out, she goes running into the bar screaming "O did you sell me to Joe for $2 ??" It was one of those moments where everything stopped and everybody in the bar got quiet and just looked.

So anyway to make a long story short, somehow about a year later C and I ended up living together. It was like heaven. There was a fridge full of beer, plenty of Tequila, pizza, hoagies, a loud stereo, and I used to start my motorcycle in the living room. We used to scream and fight, she would throw bottles at me, and then somehow we'd end up in bed. It was great :)

"C" is like a PTA mom now. She stopped drinking in 89. We cross paths a lot, it brings back a lot of memories :)

Moving to Montana soon, going to be a dental floss tycoon. Frank should have picked Courtney up on the way to Montana and dropped her off in the remote mountains. That way no one would have had to listen to what she classifies as singing.. :-?

And she was the one that was batshit crazy? Sounds like her biggest fault was a poor chose of friends, and not being able to hit a target with a beer bottle.

Oh, she hit me with bottles, she could kick too. Little 5'2" 100 pound thing could land a kick to the side of my head and I'm 6'3". Gotta watch those dancing girls, their legs are deadly.

I'm pretty sure you missed the point....

That post wasn't about the girls aim... Instead it was an observation about the quality (or lack thereof) of the people who:

1: Was willing to sell another human being.
2: Was willing to buy another human being.

Dude, she was really a hottie, and 2 bucks was cheap. It wasn't like I won her in a card game or anything. I wonder if she ever got that "property of" tattoo removed. lol

Like the one that killed El Duce? I saw the interview with him right before he "walked" in front of a train...the interview where he said Courtney Love offered him $50k to kill Cobain.

I'll try not to lol. Yes, I'm fine. I spent most of the day yesterday both taking it easy and re-configuring my entire home network to accommodate a major change in our internet provider.
