Santa Clause was apparently arrested by police in Austin Texas because he and some kids was chalking "nice" messages on a sidewalk. Text + Video at link below.

In many ways I agree with the cops on this one. They were chalking up a public sidewalk and they were told to stop. Instead of showing compliance they became argumentative.

We need those cops in Washington and get them to get the Republicans to stop doing nothing and get a working budget.

This is a prime example of why children in Texas don't know how to play hopscotch.

Dayam. He should've gotten executed. That is a lot of sidewalk chalk. Some people have no respect for the whims of others.

Big difference between a few kids making hopscotch marks on an obscure side street versus a guy dressed as Santa marking up Main street with a political agenda and then resisting arrest after he was repeatedly warned to stop.
