Not long ago I spotted some guy selling used 811's on ebay for $85.00 a piece ? They were not even tested or guaranteed so if they were soft you were stuck with them. Huh ??? I can get em brand new for a lot less. Even a brand new pair of Chinese made 811's would cost me a lot less and would work just fine. The guy claimed to be a ham but offered no call sign.
