Don't people think this sort of thing through? Cockroaches feed on rotting things. God, that is just so gross. Why? Why do people do this sort of thing?

I don't see how she can live without a stomach. If the Liquid Nitrogen destroyed her stomach, she's probably got damage to her whole GI tract and maybe her bronchial tubes. I guess she'll get her nutrients through an IV for the rest of her life. Though it may be a short life.
