I've got well over 150k miles now with United Airlines (formally the impeccable Continental Airlines).. and every single god damned time I go to their website to check in or make a reservation or whatever.. it's about the lowest non-functional commercial website I use. WTF? It seriously should not take me 15 minutes to check in for a flight online. And it's not my connection or computer, because it happens under every scenario -- whether I'm at a hotel using their business center or using my personal laptop or otherwise. ;)

Carry on.. this has been Jeff's gripe for the day.

I was actually involved in their latest mess.. stuck in Houston for almost the entire day because of a computer failure. They had ground stops in Newark, Houston, and other major hubs. Their CTO/CIO should be ashamed..
