tried to send a PM to various staff members for a thread merge, but keep getting an error saying the following users not found. Did we turn off PM's?

Did you type in their callsign/screen name or did you go to their profiles and click on send private message? You should try the latter.

I'll try that. I was typing in calls.

Nope, I just click send PM on their profiles. Saves a world of trouble.

That works for the 1st one, start typing any additional calls, and the autosearch/autofill feature will offer any matches in a pop-up if you pause for a second..

Hmm. Yeah, there's no specific problem that I'm aware of. Let me know if you're still having issues.

Übergeeky!

Hold down the Alt key and type 0216 on the numeric keypad, then let go of the Alt Key.

TaaaDaaa!

BTW, that is NOT the real slash zero. It's a Latin uppercase "oh" with a slash.

Many web fonts don't support the "real" slash zero. Charmap.Exe in Winders.

Just in case no one else has noticed, if you just click on a user name in the forum, a little menu will pop up and you can PM that person right from there without going to their profile page.
