View Full Version : Incredible near misses!
This video is insane....heres a group of folks who's number didnt quite get called. Should be blood and gore, but we only find wreckage....and lucky people, albeit, stupid in some of these cases.

W0000000000000000000000!
I was a volunteer at a car race once in the 80's, the Fur Rondy in AK, i was the radio guy on a track corner crew. Right in front of us, a car lost his brakes and jumped the berm, slamming belly down onto the ground after going airborne, just 45 second after a track security official cleared a few onlookers from the very spot he landed at. I would have witnessed death up close if it werent for that guy, he deserved a medal!
Thats the last time i stood that close to race cars on a course.

Well...yeah. Carlins right, thats kind of the truth to it. I never care about, nor remember, who wins....but a firey crash? I remember that shit!
I know lots of people love it, thats cool, it has its place and deserves to be enjoyed like every other spectator event. But if theres a huge and violent fireball and tires flying into the crowd, it absolutely trumps the Superbowl in my opinion.

I think it should be called "near hit". They actually did miss, not nearly.
Carlin was right about that too.
