Ohio DOT has posted fire danger warnings concerning tossed cigarette butts all along the major interstates.

Now if only there were some teeth behind the litter laws in fire season...like a $10k pop if you get caught throwing one. No one cares if people smoke, but dammit...the world ain't your ash tray.

I watched in horror as he tossed a chewing gum wrapper out the window while driving on I-71. Apparently, old folks like him thought it was acceptable behavior. We could use some rain here as well.
