In today's FCC Digest, Tod Wilson WH6DWF has been downgraded from General to Technician. Or more correctly, the error at the VEC has been corrected, and his license modified accordingly... oops

Is he complaining?Don't know, but if he's honest (and I'm not saying he's not!), he would not have used the 'bonus' priviledges in the first place.
