Normally when we go out for a beer we get dried fruits or nuts with each beer. Pretty similar to the states in that aspect. Some places have pinchos and or pinchitos. However, in Alcaraz you get these.

Idk but they are quite small. Simply boiled then stuffed back in the shell then sauteed in oil and garlic.

Flavor. The texture really was similar to a mushroom.
