As a kid in high school, one of my first jobs was at a grocery store that was ahead of its time. It was like a WM supercenter in 1980. One day they were promoting English Leather Musk in a portable, pen case style metal container that would clip into your shirt pocket, just like a pen. They were giving these away and at the end of the day the sales personnel gave some of us employees handfuls of these things. Neat!
I went out that night to see some friends and gave each of them one. The next day I gave out a few more to more friends. They all said thanks etc etc.

About a day later ... I hear from all my friends who had received one who also had a male dog ...
Apparently, the formula in the 1980s for English Leather Musk, made male dogs start to hump everywhere uncontrollably. It could have been worse if they were out in the woods and the scent carried to some bucks or bears.

Strange though, this was a scent for men. I wonder if women actually liked it or perhaps it would have been better suited for men who also liked men. It didn't specify on the bottle.

Too bad the sales people never came to do another promotion. I would have had some stories for them.

Sad

Conservation officials say the bear was caught, but may be killed to ensure public safety.

Why should the bear be killed ? The bear should be given a medal and a hero's honour for doing a service to mankind by cleaning up the gene poll. One less lowlife to deal with.
