How come I'm not on the list?

They said "famous," not "infamous." Besides, you're only famous among other hams and the Crest Division of the SDCSO, Pat! ;)

Perhaps if you added philanthropist to your resume? Start a radio school for underprivileged children.

If they ever come up with a list of notorious hams, they can just copy and paste the membership roster here at the Island.

KB2LHI - Joe Walsh - "Guinness Book of World Records" lists him as the "World's Fastest Shooter."

Died at the age of 60. Maybe his poor wife was able to remarry someone a little more sensitive to her needs. ;)

Yes. And, if I recall, he has at least one major picture under his belt too.

'BBC is the director of "Hellbound - Hellraiser II", a really bloody, "pain of the flesh" kind of horror flick. Very entertaining if you are a fan. I enjoyed all of the Hellraiser flicks. The Cenobite Pinhead character is a favorite of mine!

I think Tony also worked with Clive Barker on the first Hellraiser movie, but I'm not sure.

Yeah, if it gets out that you're a ham, all your musician's cool-guy street cred will go right down the toilet. Everyone knows that hams are the antithesis of cool.

Tell that to Joe Walsh... the guy even plays the theme for Leo Laporte's "Ham Nation" show.

Be a ham and be proud of it! :D

You've never been on 3898 when Joe tried to check in..."hit the damn road, you druggie!" and assorted other gems were thrown forth.

Nah, I don't venture down to 80/75 except for DXing and contests.

I could believe that though. The 75m crowd is a tough crowd.

I met you off of the Notarius ham listing. I have met N0AX and W0BC as well off of the other list. I sat down to lunch one day and the guy at the table was Ward Silver. Hell I didn't know who he was.

But thank you for the meeting, Ron. It was my pleasure.
