I realize that owning a home is not in the plan or budget for everyone. I simply have never had to deal with rent is all. So when it comes to rent, I am clueless. All I know is what I read in the paper.

When it comes to houses I got lucky. I bought a cheap hose, rather a nice house for a cheap price at auction. My other property is a house I suppose you could say, more like a vacation cabin on the lake. That one was left to me. I have never stayed in it. Because of where it is the property taxes are a bit high for a one bedroom. The good news is that if ever I wanted to live there I would only have neighbors 3 months out of the years.

I also have two more houses in my name. Grandparent and parents houses. Oye..one day Im going to have a lot of work ahead of me.

antenna's as much i want, no HOA's front garden, back garden.

Gardens are 1250 square feet, small for US circumstances, but fully enough for us 3 peeps.
