Anyone else running a custom Android firmware? I know Corey is (or was)..

I had a Samsung Infuse for awhile and it was garbage, and running the Cyanogen mod seemed to only make it more unstable. But I've since upgraded to the Galaxy S II -- first running running the Cyanogen 7.1 official ROM and now this morning I installed the latest Ice Cream Sandwich nightly build.. Giggity! This thing is smooth.. ICS may not be an iPhone killer, but it's certainly going to cause Apple some heartburn. It's extremely intuitive without assuming you have an IQ of 75.

Any other custom Android ROM experiences?

Not yet. I have two HTC Kaiser's that can be hacked to kill Windows Mobile 7 and replace it with an (older) Android version.

So far running CM7 on a Viewsonic G Tablet, Nook Color, and my Samsung Fascinate. Loving it!

I played around with a few roms for each, and was never very happy. Something was missing out of all of them. But, CM, it's about as close as one can get to pure Android, and I've never looked back.
