I got my proofs in the email inbox today. It will be on yellow stock. The next time I have $16 to throw around I'll get another color.

Same place I get mine. I got 100 of them last year just before leaving for Dayton and I think I still have 97 of them left. eQSL and LoTW work just fine for me.

That's who I use, as well. I shudder to think of how much I've spent over the last 5-6 years sending out GS, IRC's etc. The cost of the cards is pretty insignificant in comparison. And that's with an LoTW rate of about 20%.

I would hang your card on my wall, with honor (As well as Ron's, and any other HI member here) :)

TY! I don't think I've worked an Islander yet.....I'll keep trying. Maybe next time I'll use the picture of Stevie's Lego Ham Radio. If I were good, I'd know how to put my call down on the bottom right of it like Ron did on his. That was a nice touch.

Do you have a copy of Microsoft Publisher (part of Microsoft Office, although not all editions have it)? And if so, which version? I can mock up a template for you to use if you do.

No problem. I'm using Publisher 2003 at the moment, so anything I do ought to be compatible.

I just "whipped up" two "quickies" to give you an idea... I'm sure that comment will excite a few dirty minds around here.

Both use the photo of the Lego radio. One is just a "front", the other has everything on the front. You'll see what I mean when you get them. Of course, manipulate fonts, colors, and positions to your liking. I'll also send you a "blank" of the master spreadsheet I use to populate the cards when I print them, use if you'd like.

The "trick" is to put the photo object on the Master page, and then put the text & table objects on the "main" page.

I'm done for the night, so send me your direct email (see the PM I just sent you) at your convenience. I'll forward them to you tomorrow night from this (shack) computer, via my Yahoo account.
