Expect to be on the air maybe about 2, but 3's a safer guess. As usual, 40m. ECARS is probably not on then, so I'll be hanging out around 7200. Then, tomorrow, will probably check in sometime between 10 and 11 in the morning -- probably done at the hamfest by that time, but if not I'll make a special trip to the parking lot.

Trips to and from the parking lot at a hamfest is called the "San Diego Shuffle".

Maybe if you happen to be physically fit. For the rest it would be called a marathon. ;)

Sounds like Dayton, what with the LARGE flea market, plus the walk to the parking lot once you get out. Whew! A marathon regardless of what shape you're in!

You know you're approaching OF'ness when you're tempted! They were renting those there.

I wonder if you can get a trailer for it? That's where the money would be.

Now you're talking. They'll be standing in line for those. Wonder if the Hamabout has air horns, or if there is a tactical model available.

I think I read somewhere that they do have golf carts if you've got a BA to carry, but I didn't see any. OTOH, didn't need one.
