The reason Keith is still "alive" is because he's got more chemicals in him than a Twinkie..... and we all know how well preserved Twinkies are. ;)

Wow. I liked the Monkees, and even saw them when I was in High School. Mike Nesmith is my favorite. They did a promo "tour" for WDGY Radio, showed up with the Monkee Mobile and did a few songs.

Wow. I liked the Monkees, and even saw them when I was in High School. Mike Nesmith is my favorite.
IIRC, Nesmith was only one of the bunch who was a real musician from the start. The others could sing but had to learn how to play their instruments after the fact. Nesmith, on the other hand, was not only a working musician, he was a songwriter as well.
