Yup ...... it's Baxter again ..... i'm hearing it as well .... the recent radiation storms have knocked down prop a fair bit ..... he's only about a 3 and 5 here

One of the 313 regulars - who at one time was prohibited from operating on 20M due to prior infractions - was supposedly implicated for the Baxter replay bit by others on the frequency today. I caught the tail end of things upon switching back from the "broadcast".

Im on HF all the time, after an initial stop a long time ago to see what the hype was all about, i have all but completely ignored that frequency and its clowns successfully for many years now. :)
