Santa was shot down in December of 2001 for violating US air space. It's been covered up and since then, NORAD has been faking the tracking of the Christmas flight. Every year now, retired, overweight Navy pilots have been used in the delivery of toys over US air space. The rest of the world has had to resort to their own devices.
