Tried it and the software seems to do the job. Converted a WMA to a WAV quickly, and Audacity does it's thing with the WAV file.
BUT.........(well, I guess "free" is relative)...sigh...
It messed with FF. When I started FF after the install, My homepage and search window option had changed, even though I told FF to block that. Well, easy to change back, but I wonder what else it messed with?
Still...download/install was quick and easy and it works well. Guess "nothing is free!" And I could have missed a box to uncheck?
Forewarned is forarmed!
Thanks a bunch!

Thanks, Paul. Unless I run into other problems, I'll stick with what I have for now. Despite it's messin' with FF, the software itself seems to work well. The GUI is intuitive and easy & it did the convert quickly.
Will report if I find any other problems.
