I've got a few here from a couple of estate purchases I made several years ago that I've been too lazy to off-load. Since I don't do the "beeping" stuff, I certainly don't need them. Again, I need to finance other stuff.

MFJ-422B-X paddle/electronic keyer combo. Needs a good cleaning, but appears to work. No Box. - $50 plus shipping

Vibroplex Iambic Standard with grey base (#62282) and plexiglass dust cover - $50 plus shipping

Vibroplex Vibrokeyer Deluxe (single paddle) (#251790) with chrome base and plexiglass dust cover - $75 plus shipping

Jones Key PK-200 (I think) (#960000) with red base and plexiglass dust cover - $100 plus shipping

The 2 Vibroplex keys and the Jones key need a little clean-up as well, but not as much as the MFJ.

The prices on those Vibros are decent - I may take you up on one if nobody else bites.

I might be interested in the Vibroplex Deluxe; my Bencher paddles are a bit beat up and I'm finding that I don't really like Iambic keying very much anyway.

Just use one side.

Just use one side.

But then I can only send dits! Or dahs....

Seriously, I know that I can ignore the iambic squeeze if I choose, I just think I'd prefer a single paddle.

Carl has dibs on the single paddle Vibrokeyer Deluxe.

Anybody else?

Nope. Just managed to collect things over the years that I shouldn't keep because I'm not using them. This is just the beginning.

Better to convert them to something I actually need/want.

Like food?

Like an iPad 2. Like the AL-1500 a friend isn't using that I'm trying to talk him out of. Like the P3 pan Adapter for the K3. Like... well, you get the idea.

Food, mortgage, utility bills, car insurance, etc. are all just fine for now.

I'm tempted, but I have an OK set of the bencher Chrome paddles. 90% of what little CW I do, I just use a straight key.

If you had a "Swedish Pumper" style straight key, I'd be all excited and like that.

Yeah, those Swedish pumpers are somethin alright.

I could use another Vibroplex iambic. If you can wait til I get back to my credit union at work (after the 1st) I'll get some funds in the mail.

Do I need paddles? Damn right. You see, I'm up shit's creek.........

But seriously...

With one exception, I've always used an imabic, and have used a keyer with dit and dah memories. The exception was when I used a vintage TO keyer...just couldn't use that with an iambic. The next hamfest obliged me & provided a nice vibro-keyer.

Always LOVED the look of the Vibro-keyers, iambic or not. For feel, tho', a Bencher (or equiv.) is just right for me. Never could get a Vibro iambic adjusted for the light feel.

Not in any hurry here. Give me a preferred shipping method and I'll work up the shipping cost. Carlo's Vibroplex went in a Priority Mail medium flat rate box @ $10.95.

Thanks! That's a work of art. It'd be worth getting used to the feel just to have that at the op position! Drooling here.

Wait wut?

Received #62282 in the mail yesterday and stated frankly: Out-of-the-box it's cleaner than #51328, which has been in operation here for several years.

I'm going to have the bases of both keyers plated by an outfit in Akron, so the working parts will be polished at that time. But either can be pressed into service as-is.

Packaging was first-rate as well.

Thanks, Jim!.
