They mainly use that for thawing the switches. Notice its right over the joke.

I have an Athern HO gauge model snow blower.
It was given to me by somebody in the Superintendent's office
at UP when they couldn't figure out how to put it together.
It had been given to them by a distributor that wanted to sell
them a quantity of them.
