http://www.nj7p.org/Tube4.php (good substitution data, more easily accessible than the above)

Both of these links are broken. See post #7 below for alternate sources for this data.

Sort of related to the above, here's a site that has freely downloadable PDF versions of a bunch of out-of-print tech books with expired copyrights, mostly pre-1960.
