OK, I do not drink alcohol, I am diabetic and mixing alcohol with my meds makes it not worth me drinking, and I am ok with it

But I do go to the bars/clubs with my wife, (22 years last Saturday) and I will occasionally try a new drink she discovers.

Actually this Saturday I tried two

Woodchuck, it is an apple cider tasting beer, WOW, I drank one glass and I was worried because it tasted so good I wanted more, so I grabbed another diet coke and calmed down.

Now, she had me try another drink

I can eat mexican food every day, I drink the Horchata at those restaurants. (Rice water with cinnamon flavor)

They had Rumchata at this club.

Horchata mixed with rum

This should be added to your island drinks

WOW, just WOW,,,ANOTHER DIET COKE PLEASE

It isn't tropical but my mixed choice of drink is a so-called Glacier Beach:

Everclear or pure corn squeezins on ice. If you can't set it on fire, I'm not interested in drinking the stuff. :snicker:

Summer time for me is Beerita season. Can of beer, shot of tequila and some margarita mix served over ice.

Very tasty if made right. Too many people over-sweeten it but when the balance between the sugar and the cinnamon is correct, it's quite refreshing and goes well with Mexican food. I never thought about putting rum into it but I'll bet it would be good.
