Woke up this morning with a Charley Horse in my leg. The pain was incredible. One of the worst Charley Horse's I had in a long time. I managed to control myself well enough to get up and walk it off. Still have a lot of residual tenderness when I walk but, it's slowly getting better. Gonna take a walk to get the blood circulating. Been prone to these since I was a kid Nothing like waking up to a nasty Charley Horse in the morning.

Yes. Matter of fact in the summer I sleep without covers. And with the AC on and the fans blowing. I find it hard to sleep in a room if it is warm and there is no air movement. Even in the most bitter cold and blackest winter nights I sleep with the window slightly ajar.
