Oh, we would thank you first... Then shoot you.

She should be adding a container of salt to the cooler when she is giving the mudbugs a bath. It helps them vomit up the mud and you get them cleaner on the inside.

The drink of the week is the Mojito. Our tribute drink to Pope Carlo I, the Island Holy Man.

Hope you like mahi mahi. They follow the currents in to our shores. During the Summer months we eat them grilled on Island mesquite.
