Anyone remember the original album on the store shelves?
It's also Little Miss Field Day's birthday.
She's 15. One more year, and my auto insurance rates double.

Well you better start putting away your shekels now, Big Daddy! LOL! I'm sure you have already planned for that eventuality long ago.
My original insurance in 1980 was $15/month. In 1988 it was $96/six months and that was with a clean record.

When I was 18 (1968 ) I didn't need auto insurance. The brakes failed on my 61 Buick due to a brake hose leak and I did a good amount of damage to the left front fender and grill of a not so old Impala. The total repair bill for the Chevy was $96.

What would you say to $300/mo with a clean driving record in '88. NO accidents. Now I believe it's even higher. Third best reason to not drive in NYC.
Number two? Tolls and traffic.
Number one? The parking. Einstein couldn't figure it out.
