The Weather Channel is holding a weekly contest via Peter Lik, the new guy on the scene there. By now you know that he has traveled the world taking pictures and has been referred to as the Steve Irwin of the photography world. (bit of a stretch in my estimation but...)
This week's theme is based on Hawaii's tropical paradise. All I have are Myrtle Beach pics from '04-'05. I've seen the entries and some are of NC mountains so I figure I should have a shot in that crowd.

You can download another browser that makes this easy, firefox.
Once firefox is on your box, select tools, select Start Private Browsing Ctrl+Shift+P, and go for it.
You can also log onto another ISP if that is an option or do the anon thing.

Google Chrome also supports the anon thing.
For that multiple ISP option, does your ISP also support dialup?
If you have a dynamic connection Cable or DSL, unplugging your modem for a minute or so will usually reset the connection, and give you a new address.
Connecting with the WiFi card and again with the ethernet port (hardwire) will net differing DNS addresses as well as (of course) another box.
Do it all, none of this is hard and it will give you that needed practice once some real election comes along. ;)
And, the old type B only WiFi cards that you see on sale everywhere? get the ones that will work without any extra drivers on your box, get 2 or 3 per box, they are cheap, and switch to spoof.
While we are at it, keep that older Mac laptop and Shuttle mini desktop for just such a need, you never know when. ;)
