Yeah, she just passed away. Sad.... Damn she was so hot back in the day and still very elegant in her old age. I'll miss her

Yea. I could tell that I was getting "up there" :giggity: (Don't I wish!) when she started looking hotter and hotter in her "old" movies.

Loved Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf, though!

Congestive heart failure...in the hospital for 6 weeks. Same thing took my mother a few years ago. That kind of passing ain't pretty, especially if you've got a trach tube.

She was pretty classy. Always wondered why she stuck with idiot men that treated her like crap. She was a very good hearted lady who donated a lot of time and money to good causes. Her Cleopatra was major Diva dynamite.

Some would say a self esteem issue and others would say unconditional love.

My all time favorite would be Her and Sir Richard Burton in Taming of the Shrew Love that movie.

I have nothing personal against her or anything but...

We're all going to go sooner or later and, IMHO, she was nothing special.

Another good one, and my second favorite Shakespere play.

Agreed. There was a chemistry when they worked together, a very rare thing. X, Y and Zee was an eye-opener and gave me respect for her finding ways to stretch her abilities.

Hello.

Liz Taylor does the right thing, and WBC is upset over that!?
At no point did she advocate homosexuality, just compassion.
And, perhaps she was nothing special, but if the world had more of her kind this would be a better place.
She took her nothing special and made a difference.
