It's going to be a shoot-out, with two "Gun-Slinger" at QB and two top rated defense's I won't be a bit surprised if we see the first OT game. I am sticking with Steelers to get number seven.

The country is deeply divided on this. We are a deeply divided country.
53% Packers
47% Steelers.

Nah , the third option should be "Thawing wet snow causes dome collapse , 100,000 pissed-off , travel-delayed ticket holders riot , as FEMA steps in and shuts down Twitter and Internet , just in case." Can I get a prop bet on that ?

What, the House that Jerry Built? Who's first Superbowl game is hosting his two biggest rivals?

Nah.

More likely that something in his ego will blow up, and take the place with it.

Well , they found 5 Texans who don't understand about thawing ice :

Good news is they expect a warm sunny one tomorrow , so except for the flooding , they'll be good to go .

Average ticket price this year is over $4K. Last year it was $2.4K ... What should we expect next year?

Global economic collapse , worldwide revolution , and everybody headed for the hills where they'll find the grandchildren of old hippies that think Nixon is still President , and treat the Foxfire books like Bibles .

Lunch huh? You must have been in a rural part of China or somesuch rural Asian place. Where else could Bolton get his usual lunch of steamed baby humans.

Bolton just lunches with Dick Cheney--when he can't get babies, puppies will suffice.

Back on topic , I dunno who will win , but I gotta root for Green Bay . I got used to rootin' for 'em during the Favre dynasty , as long as he wasn't playing against the Saints , or a Manning . Plus , I lived in Wisconsin for awhile , and they were nice to me there .

Wisconsin is a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to Winter there. Everyone talks real funny too. "Yah yah, Ooh Yah."
I know which team will not win, The New England Cheaters!

Not to mention Rudy, who will be in the stadium with one of his Bell 47s that he's rigged up with a mini-gun.

Ok, Ok, rub it in.

Goes without question that folks around here are quite disappointed, but when your offense coughs up the ball three times, and all three times the other team gets a touchdown out of it... the team has no one to blame but themselves. And they know it.

So it goes.

Oh puhl-Eeze! Don't even try to take credit for the Packers score. The Steelers had a couple turnovers in their favor too.

Your right Fred, you can't win when you turn over the ball 3 times and the other teams uses them to score. But I still like Turn overs, Cherry ones :)

Dude. Right on.

That has pissed me off ever since drunken sports fans started doing it in the '70's.

It got mainstreamed by commercial artists who didn't pay attention to the material they were supposedly singing.

One National Anthem I heard really deserves mention. I went to a Pistons/Nets playoff game in '03, and the National Anthem was sung by Dominic Chianese (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0156940/), aka Uncle Junior of the Sopranos. It was absolutely best rendition of the song that I've ever heard (apart from the Marine Band). Not "hammy" at all, just beautiful, heartfelt singing. Whoda thunk it? The guy was amazing!!!!!

OTOH....

When will the Yankees stop with the God Bless America during the seventh inning stretch, already? OK...we needed that in the first few years after the event that inspired it to be sung....but by now, all I can think is what a BS ad for rudy, mike, and w it is. ARGH!!!!! Besides, the Yanks have done very little in the post season since they started that.

Hello.

Superbowl, who is going to win it?
The 300+ who were not given a seat as original ticket holders, that's who.
The NFL attorneys have already said that this is going to co$t $$$$ unless they settle, and fast.
They have been instructed to bank 50 million right off the top.
