Yep this is it, if it's not an edited version. I still don't understand how the culvert rose up.
I seem to think there was more to George's original.

We had a whole reinfoced concrete bridge over a creek called Suck Ck. just above where it emptied into the TN River swept away intact and locals claimed to have seen it 2 miles down stream in the TN River bobbing along with the massive current. Large scale flowing water is an awesomely powerful thing to see in action.

I just figured it could rise if earth walls collapsed down filling the lowest point which would displace the culvert upward.

That sucker sure popped up outta the ground like a cork in water. If not for the guard rail still in place it would have taken off down stream.

It floated up. Once the water started going around and underneath it, it emptied out and was light enough to float.

looks like it was bent some on the right (upwater) end making it like a boat yep. There was some time lapse from when it was full of water.
The whole road there is fill of sand and gravel in a low lying area.

The video reminded me of a former gas station not properly shut down. The owner did not fill the tanks. About one year after the station closed, therewas a big soaking rain for several days. Those big tanks pushed the dirt and concrete, and popped out of the ground like a cork.
