Need a quick pie for dessert?

I made a quick pie last night. One pack of vanilla pudding, one pack chocolate pudding, graham cracker crust, and Kahlua.

Mix the vanilla pudding per instructions (mine was 2 cups of milk)
Mix and pour into crust. Place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Mix the chocolate using 1 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of Kahlua.
Pour on top of chilled vanilla and put back in the fridge until it sets.
Put whipped topping on it and away you go.

That's some fancy shit there! Well, I guess I'd say it nicer if I were to actually say it. Guess now you know that I would actually think it.

Yeah. And the heck with the "cream" part.

Seriously, back in the days when I did that sort of thing, I was given a welding-tank sized bottle of nitrous oxide. That stuff is a whole lot of fun.

And if you're not going for the nitrous.....whip you own, already! Nothing beats fresh whipped cream, beaten by hand, or with an electric mixer. So frequin' Good!!! So frequin' fattening!

But the pie recipe looks outstanding....I'll have to try it.

While we're on the subject, Brian has some ideas about how to pronounce Cool Whip

And I never noticed before today that it's actually Reddi-Wip.

Still have some "fixins" left over from new years.
read online where you substitute 3 tablespoons of cream de menth for 3 tablespoons of water in chocolate cake mix.
Add some more to the frosting........

Creme de Cowcow but these days some recipes are calling for Godiva's Chocolate liqueur.

This looks like some good stuff here that I am reading. Wonder if I mix in some Bailey's (since I have some in the fridge) to the chocolate pudding mix and see how that goes.

You'll never know if you don't try. It shouldn't hurt the Bailey's.
