anyone with young kids santa net tonight

got this from a yahoo group i belong to.
i will be trying in a bit so my 8yo step son gets a chance to talk to santa.
i did this same thing on a MARS net when my own kids were about the same age and they still remember it 12 years later.




Greetings all:

If you have kids, or know someone with kids, the Orange County (NY) Amateur Radio Club will be holding Santa Net from 20:30-23:59 UTC on Saturday, December 11, 2010. Expected frequencies will be 3920 (this is where we will start) and 7200 (we may move).

OCARC will be sending out a special Santa Net QSL card to the address matching the call sign used to talk to Santa so the card should arrive for the child by Christmas.

We are doing this in public location - in the Christmas area of a local farm store/grocery store in Newburgh, NY, so we expect it to be a lot of fun.

Hope to hear you talking with Santa!
